10 Things You Don't Know About Me and Why Biohacking with Brittany Is Now The LongHer Life

Welcome to The LongHer Life, formerly Biohacking with Brittany. To kick off this new era, I'm not giving you a list of supplements. I'm giving you me. These are 10 things you probably don't know about me, and some of them I've never said on the mic before.

I share why I outgrew Biohacking with Brittany, and I read you the letter I wrote to my old self to close that chapter. Then we go deep: growing up in South Africa and moving to Canada at 7, my parents' divorce and caring for them as a teenager, growing up very Christian and where I stand with faith and spirituality now, my breech baby and traumatic birth, and the postpartum anxiety and intrusive thoughts I didn't recognize until I came out of them.

I also open up about the hardest season of my marriage, how I pick up on energy, the signs I keep getting that I'm going to have twins, why I thought I'd never work one on one again, and what it's like being a visionary who still has mom guilt.

This is for education and connection, not medical advice. If you want to work with me, The Spark, my new 12 week one on one program, is open now. Early bird pricing and the first edition founder's box end September 27.
