Super Easy and Healthy Cereal Recipe

This cereal is super easy to make and gluten-free, grain-free, paleo and vegan. I add it on top of my coconut yogurt, to nut milks or mixed into other cereal. You can also just have it on its own!

Recipe:

  • 1 cup almond slivers
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 cup cashew pieces
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 ground flaxseed
  • 1/4 chia seeds
  • Optional: 1/2 cup dried cranberries, dried blueberries or shredded coconut

 

Blend nuts in blender if you want it to be in smaller pieces. Enjoy!
