You do not need to know anything about peptides or protocols first. Most women come to me with a cabinet of supplements and no protocol. We start exactly where you are, on the free call.
Is this just peptides?
No. Your protocol is built across all four pillars: holistic nutrition and supplements, lifestyle, biohacking, and peptides. Peptides are the clinical edge, and only if they are right for you. The foundations come first.
Is this safe with my medications or conditions?
We review your full history, your labs, and anything you currently take before building a single thing. If something is not right for you, we leave it out and build around it. You always partner with your own physician before starting.
Do I need ongoing sessions?
No. You start with one initial consult and your custom protocol. From there you book a follow-up only when you want one, usually around 6 to 8 weeks in to adjust, and after that whenever you need.
How soon will I feel a difference?
Most women notice the first shifts in energy and sleep within the early weeks, and the deeper changes in skin, body, and nervous system build from there. Your protocol is designed to compound, not to spike and fade.
How does booking and payment work?
Start with the free call. If we decide 1:1 is right for you, you book and pay for your initial consult, then receive a scheduling link and a short intake form to complete before we meet, so we spend the call building, not catching up.
Where do you source peptides?
I work only with vetted sources, and I walk you through exactly where and how once we are working together. Sourcing is something I share inside the work, not publicly.
