My Story

Before this, I was running on empty.

Tired all the time. Easily irritated with the people I love most. Baby weight that would not budge. Hair falling out. Skin dull and unfamiliar.

I had a traumatic c-section. I lived through postpartum anxiety and intrusive thoughts. I was running a business with very little support.

Even after more than ten years in this field, what I knew was not working the way it had before. So I had to relearn. I had to figure out how to apply everything I knew about longevity to the new self motherhood had given me.

Not to bounce back. To be a better version of myself now.

Slowly, I taught myself the nutrition practices and meals that actually worked. The supplements that mattered. The labs to track for my symptoms. The peptides, the doses, the timing. The lifestyle practices and biohacks that actually moved the needle for a mother.

The Mother's Protocol is everything I figured out, taught back to you.

The Four Foundations

A comprehensive approach, designed for mothers.

Peptides are the clinical edge. They are only as strong as the three foundations underneath.

01
Nutrition

The meals and supplements that actually move the needle for a mother's body.

02
Lifestyle

Sleep, stress, nervous system. The practices that change how you feel before any protocol begins.

03
Biohacking

The tools that compound. Light, cold, heat, breath, recovery.

04
Peptides

The clinical edge. Female-specific, life-stage-aware, layered on the three above.

The Transformation

From depleted to alive. In 90 days.

Tired in a way sleep does not fix
Energy that holds through the afternoon
Carrying weight that will not shift
A body that responds to the work you put in
Hair thinning, skin dull, body unfamiliar
Skin and hair that look like yours again
Anxious, reactive, on edge
A nervous system that does not flinch

I am her again, and I am better than before.

The Mother's Protocol Playbook

Your reference library for all twelve weeks. Cheat sheets for protein, supplements, sleep, stress, biohacking, and the peptides every mother should know, plus a labs cheat sheet with the optimal ranges for women, not just the standard ones. Beautifully designed, yours to keep.

Her Stack Planner cover

Her Stack Planner

My signature digital peptide and longevity planner. Track your stack, your symptoms, your sleep, and your wins, day by day, so every call is built on real data.

Inside The Program

This is what it looks like to be in the room.

The intake.

A real question, met with the female-specific framework that makes the protocol yours.

Private discussion feed: a member asks about the BPC-157 and TB-500 stack, and Brittany responds with a female-specific intake asking for goal, life stage, and other stack details before building the protocol.

The depth.

No surface-level answers. Real clinical reasoning, in front of the whole group so every woman learns.

Private discussion feed: a member shares her struggle with stubborn postpartum weight despite dialled foundations, and Brittany responds with a detailed clinical breakdown of metabolic, mitochondrial, and immune factors.

The 12 Weekly Calls

What we cover, week by week.

We start with peptides Week 1 so you can order your stack and begin right away. Every week rotates between the four foundations so you build a complete, personalized protocol without overwhelm.

Tuesdays at 12pm ET / 9am PT. Beginning Tuesday June 9. Replays uploaded the same day.

The framework. You learn exactly which peptides match your body, your goals, and your life stage. You draft yours. I review every protocol so you start with confidence and never guess alone.

Why mothers need dramatically more protein than they think. How to actually hit it when you are feeding three other people and forgetting to eat. The exact macros, the timing, the cheats for the days you are surviving on whatever the kids did not finish.

The four to six that actually move the needle. The ones the wellness industry sold you that do nothing. Methylated forms, what to take when, the truth about prenatals after you stop being pregnant. So you can order what you need and skip the rest.

The mother's sleep call. What to do when your toddler still wakes at 2am. Why you fall asleep instantly and wake at 4am with your heart racing. Cortisol, melatonin, magnesium, light, temperature. How to repair sleep architecture even when the nights themselves cannot change yet.

Why "lose the baby weight" is the wrong frame. The nutrition that builds the woman you want to be at fifty, seventy, ninety. Anti-inflammatory eating, mitochondrial nutrition, autophagy, the truth about fasting for mothers and when to absolutely not.

Why you feel wired even when nothing is wrong. The mental load, the witching hour, the simmering frustration with the people you love. Vagal toning, breathwork, cold, nervous system repair. The tools that actually work in five-minute pockets between everything else.

Why cold plunges, saunas, and red light matter more for mothers than anyone tells you. The dose, the timing, the cycle-phase considerations. How to do this with a thirty-dollar chest freezer, a hot shower, and a panel that fits on a desk. No eight-thousand-dollar setup needed.

Why the cardio you did before motherhood is wrecking you now. Strength training for hormonal health, longevity, and the body composition that actually responds. Cycle-phase training, postpartum return, what to do when twenty minutes is all you have.

Why hair, skin, and nails tank in motherhood and what actually reverses it. The peptides (GHK-Cu, BPC-157, Epitalon), the supplements, the labs to check, the topicals worth using. The "you look like yourself again" call.

Beyond the starter stack. NAD+, Epitalon, Thymosin Alpha-1, Cerebrolysin, Semax. The advanced longevity peptides specifically researched on or relevant to women. What to add, when to cycle in, and what to absolutely skip until you have mastered the basics.

The hormonal call. Why your cycle is different than it was before kids. Tracking your phases, eating and training for them, the labs every mother should run, what to do when your doctor says "everything is normal" and you know it is not. Thyroid, cortisol patterns, the truth about perimenopause prep in your thirties.

What worked, what to keep, what to cycle out, what to add. Your forward plan as a graduate. The peptides to run going forward, the protocols that compound, what to revisit in three months. And the honest conversation about what changes when you go from starting to maintaining the woman you have become.

All calls are live on Zoom and the replay is uploaded the same day. Watch live for Q&A, watch the replay on your time.

Weekly call topics are subject to change based on the needs of the group.

If this is you:
  • The mother carrying everyone's appointments but her own. The one who schedules the dentist, the daycare drop-offs, the family birthdays, and forgets to book her own labs again.
  • The mother white-knuckling it through the afternoon. Coffee at 3pm. Sugar at 4pm. Wine at 7pm. Exhausted by 9pm. Awake at 2am.
  • The mother who has not felt right in her body in years. Not the weight, not the energy, not the woman in the mirror. Things she was told would bounce back. They did not.
  • The mother who has tried everything. The supplements, the protocols, the podcasts, the influencer stacks. Some of it helped a little. None of it changed her life.
  • The mother sacrificing herself, ready to come back to herself. Not as a luxury. As the foundation everything else in her life sits on.

You belong here.

What Women Say

About working together.

"

I have been waiting for someone to talk about this for so long. Finally, a woman teaching the science from inside motherhood, not theory.

What I Run Myself

Three of the peptides I run myself.

Examples from my own stack. Yours will look like yours.

MOTS-c

My postpartum body was not responding to anything I had done before. MOTS-c was the missing piece. Energy returned. Body composition started shifting. I finally felt like myself again.

Selank

The neurological load of new parenthood is real. Selank changed how I moved through that season. Not sedated. Not altered. Less reactive, more grounded, actually present with my family.

GHK-Cu

Postpartum hair loss is disorienting and nobody warns you enough. GHK-Cu changed my skin texture and slowed the shedding within weeks. It is now a permanent part of my stack.

Questions Before Joining

What women ask first.

Week 1 is all about building your peptide stack and protocol. I teach you how to choose the right peptides for your body, your goals, and your life stage. You post your draft in our private discussion feed and I review it directly, so you start with confidence and never guess alone.

Every call is recorded and posted the same day. Submit your questions in advance and I will answer them live so the replay still feels personal.

Yes. Every mother gets to decide what she is willing to do and not do while breastfeeding. Some women do the full protocol, some keep it to oral and topical options, some wait on certain things until after weaning. We walk through your options privately so you can make the choice that is right for you and your baby.

Yes. Pay in full at $1,497 USD, or pay in 3 monthly installments of $525 USD. Both options receive identical access to the program, the community, and every weekly call.

Your final call covers what worked, what to adjust, and your plan forward. Your community membership resumes for ongoing support. If you want continued 1:1 work, my Initial Consult and Follow-Up packages are available at preferred rates for graduates.
