At the core of everything I do is a belief: when women thrive, families, communities — and ultimately the world — transform.

My mission is to help women become the healthiest, most vibrant versions of themselves, starting with their cells and radiating into every area of life.

Through biohacking, functional nutrition, ancestral wisdom, and luxury-level wellness practices, I empower women to extend their healthspan, optimize fertility, navigate motherhood with power, and reclaim their vitality at every decade.

Get to Know Me

I’m Brittany Ford — a Holistic Nutritionist, biohacker, mother, and eternal seeker of optimal health.

My journey began with my own health challenges: leaky gut, hormone imbalance, PCOS, and a deep disconnection from my body. I transformed my life using science-backed tools and nature-rooted practices — and now, I help women do the same.

Today, I integrate cutting-edge biohacking, functional medicine, and ancient healing rituals to guide women through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, and longevity.

Rooted in Expertise

I’m a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN), certified through the Canadian School of Natural Nutrition. I hold a Global and Public Health Honors Bachelor’s Degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and have completed additional certifications in Functional Medicine for Women’s Health through Functional Medicine Continuing Education. I’m also currently completing my Advanced Fertility Nutritional Advisor Professional Diploma through The Health Sciences Academy.

My work has been featured in Bloomberg, Poosh, and The Chalkboard, and I host Biohacking with Brittany, a top 1% globally ranked podcast that I’ve been running for over five years.

Who I Am, Really

Born in South Africa and now living in Canada, I’ve always felt called to follow the sun. Every winter, my husband Ryan, our son Callahan, and I head south to embrace warmth, nature, and a slower, more intentional way of living.

When I’m not working, you’ll find me outside — grounding in nature through ocean swims, barefoot beach walks, or simply feeling the sun on my skin. Movement is my daily medicine, whether it’s yoga, Pilates, or dancing around the living room with Callahan.

At home, I love creating paleo-inspired meals that blend functional nutrition with ancestral wisdom (always with a cup of coffee in hand).

I believe in attachment parenting and raising vibrant, connected kids who feel empowered from the start. My business is built during nap times and quiet moments, with family and self-care always at the center.

We travel together as a family to health conferences around the world, weaving in new research and community connections while making beautiful memories. And of course, my golden retriever Moose is always close by, reminding me that true health is as much about joy and play as it is about science and strategy.
