NAD+ for Women: Why It Drops in Your 30s, NMN vs IV vs Injections, Glutathione, CoQ10 and Delayed Release Supplements with Nicholas Signore from The Rhythm Line

NAD+ is everywhere in the longevity space right now, and there's still so much confusion about it. Is it a peptide? (It's not, it's a coenzyme.) Why does it start dropping in your early 30s? And why can't you just swallow it in a capsule and call it a day?

In this episode I break down what NAD+ actually does for your energy and repair, then I sit down with Nicholas Signore, co-founder of The Rhythm Line, on the day RHYTHM launched. Nick shares his story, from getting sober almost two years ago to meditation, breathwork and Joe Dispenza, and how buying an NMN supplement that had almost nothing in it led him and his cardiologist partner to build their own.

We get into all seven ingredients (NMN, Setria glutathione, CoQ10, PQQ, trans-resveratrol, vitamin D3 and black pepper extract), why delayed release capsules matter when stomach acid breaks down NMN and glutathione, their third party Eurofins results, and how NAD+ IVs, injections, patches and nasal sprays compare to a capsule.

My husband and I take RHYTHM, two capsules a day, and we both notice it in our energy. This episode is in partnership with The Rhythm Line.
