We encourage you to review the details below before booking and consider travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
Payment Plan
You’ll reserve your spot with an easy 3-part payment schedule:
Single Room – $6,333 USD
• $500 deposit due at booking (non-refundable)
• $2,916.50 due November 1, 2025
• $2,916.50 due February 1, 2026
Shared Room – $5,555 USD per person
• $500 deposit due at booking (non-refundable)
• $2,527.50 due November 1, 2025
• $2,527.50 due February 1, 2026
Cancellation Guidelines
We understand that life happens. Because your spot is held just for you, each payment becomes non-refundable once it’s made. This ensures we can continue to offer a beautiful, seamless experience for all guests.
• The $500 deposit is non-refundable.
• The November 1 payment is non-refundable once paid.
• The February 1 payment is non-refundable once paid.
If you’re unable to attend, we’re happy to help you transfer your spot to another guest up until February 1, 2026. Just reach out and we’ll guide you through it.
Travel Insurance Encouraged
For your peace of mind, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, ideally with a “Cancel for Any Reason” option. In the rare case of cancellation due to natural disasters, emergencies, or unforeseen global events, refunds will be dependent on what we’re able to recover from our venue partners.
